Congratulations to our winners and all who entered the 2021/22 Executive Director's Summer Reading Challenge (EDSRC), it has been an incredible competition this year with a large number of entries.


Every Summer, students at Catholic Education Diocese of Parramatta's 80 schools are encouraged to hit the books through the Executive Directors Summer Reading Challenge. Right across Western Sydney and the Blue Mountains, these children and young people have the chance to win great prizes every time they read something new.

St Angela's congratulates Ms Suzette Lewis-Driver, who was awarded the Castle Hill Rotary Club Excellence in Teaching award for her outstanding contributions to teaching and leadership at St. Angela's. Suzette is an experienced teacher whose commitment to Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese spans 25 years. She exemplifies the qualities of an expert teacher, creating a dynamic and inclusive learning environment where every student is valued, supported, and inspired to reach their full potential. She is well known for her extensive picture book collection, which she uses to spark a love of reading, storytelling, and writing in the classroom. Suzette is also the Instructional Coach within the school, working alongside teachers to support and mentor with wisdom, encouragement, and genuine care, serving as a trusted and inspiring role model. Congratulations to Ms Lewis-Driver on her Excellence in Teaching award - one of St Angela’s shining stars🌟 🌟 ⭐️

🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️ St Angela's Athletics Carnival.🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️ What a fabulous day on the track at AH Whaling Reserve today. Congratulations to all the children who competed in their events - your energy, effort, and house spirit were excellent. 👏 Once again, we need to thank our awesome band of parent helpers who helped run the day. They assisted with setting up, marshalling, recording, measuring, timekeeping, place judging, and packing up. We could not run these days without you! Check out some of the fun in the pics below.
